Happy Belated Easter!

We dyed eggs using the recipe that I found on marthastewart.com for marbled easter eggs! The yellow ones turned out so pretty! I just had to put one in this vintage cornicopia vase because the turquoise colors matched so well!

Sorry I was late in this wish! LOL We celebrated Easter and my granddaughter's 2nd birthday together yesterday. It was alot easier on me since Easter is at my sister Staci's house since her home is big enough to fit all of us together in comfortably. Jadyn's birthday is actually March 31st but this worked out the best for us. Morgan had to work but only until 1:00 in the afternoon, so we did our Easter before that then had Jadyn's party after her mommy got there.

Here are some pics that I promised that I would share with you all. And boy how they sure do grow in 2 years time...........=D

Jadyn and Morgan, her first Easter 2006.....

Opening presents............

Singing Happy Birthday and taste testing the cake. Have to make sure the icing is just right..............LOL!

And the best part..............eating the cake!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter too! =D

Pfatt Tuesday Ebay Auction...........

Once again........another month has flown by and another PFATT Tuesday has snuck up on me! lol The theme was "Something That Hops" and it was supposed to be sculpted........but alas I have no paper clay! And my hands cannot take the smoothing of the clay. The last clay piece that I sculpted made my hands hurt so bad that I couldn't even pick up Jadyn. I hate the fact that I might have carpal tunnel and I know that I have arthritis in the joints of my fingers........but painting is less stressful, so it was a painting for me this month! :D

I just love these little chunky canvases........as you can surely tell by now! LOL This little bunny girl resembles the one that I painted for Deb for our PFATT spring swap. except I changed a few things. Got to keep them all OOAK. Very rarely do I ever make two exact copies of my work.

I hope you have time to hop on over to Ebay and check out her auction by Clicking Here............

Happy Easter to you all!

Hugs, *Lori

She's growing up way too fast........

She doesn't like the snow or her sled so this was our last chance at getting some snow pics taken. She liked throwing snowballs better than the sled ride....LOL!

All dressed up to go to a birthday party. She loves her little boots with the fur......better to dance to LO in.........LOL!

Nana bought her this little pink vest from Old Navy for christmas..........

Now this one just shows how ornery she really is.......LOL!

Her birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks. I'll be sure to share pics from the party with you all.........you won't have to twist my arm, I promise! =D

"Hey There Little Red Riding Hood"

I painted another little chunky canvas and listed her on EBay this past Sunday evening. She's actually much darker in person. It was a bright snowy Ohio winter day when I took her picture out on the front porch. Her little hood and cape are more burgandy than red......let's just say that she looks much better when you see her in person. =D Wouldn't that be so amazing if we could all see each others creations in person?

Click Here to see Little Red Riding Hood's auction on EBay.

Have a wonderful week everyone!
